Description:

One day installation of Raritan Equipment (non physical) Single day / first day site visit - ( RT-SVC-INSTALL- 1Day ) Single day rate charge services vary from device Installations, a straight forward as planned task based on the day rate, to a site inspection survey if the work task is not possible due to other unknown factors. This timed day service would still be charged as booked site time. This work time is estimated for the required task. However in the event the sites system is found not to be currently up to date or to a suitable status and thus not ready for the required changes we change this day to an inspection to identify any other work tasks necessary before we can start. This would be classed as a Raritan site system survey.

Please note this is for working with to install or configure Raritan equipment only. We do not touch or work with your active directory. This is the responsibility of the customer as the owner of the system.
Please note neither Raritan nor our contractors can be held responsible for any consequential loses of any kind and standard site terms & job sheet have to be signed before commencement of works.


* Please note if additional work is found to be required due to extra devices or integration to site setup additional days of service may may have to be ordered to perform the original task. This is very possible for devices & sites managed by command center where we prefer to do a charged audit or site survey with system access to properly assess the requirements and estimate the required total job.
