However these items are not returnable so please be sure to check order confirmations on receipt. Customised versions / Specials cannot be cancelled once in production. These items should be inspected on delivery and rejected if damaged in anyway. Any shortages or product errors must be reported in writing and verbally confirmed within 24 hours of delivery.
